But what exactly does digitization mean? It means that business processes are mainly managed at the IT level. So goodbye to paper documents and fragmented management. The advantages of digitalization in the company are many, even in economic terms. Meanwhile a digitized system allows to unify the procedures, significantly reducing the time and simplifying the processes. Several people at the same time can access the same IT content, view it and edit it in real time. The job is speeded up and consequently the costs are reduced also. The digitization of Eagles Engineering

That’s why Eagles Engineering has also started a digitalization process.
From now on all the production phases will be re-read and simplified eliminating the paper completely to give space to the technology. All this is made possible by the introduction within our company, on every machine and in the offices, of tablets equipped with a dedicated program.

In this way machine parameters, control and production cycles are visible at any time, both on-board the machine and from the offices. All our employees have a complete view of the production cycles and can update the customer in real time on the temporal and qualitative situation of their order.

In addition, each production machine is now networked so that it can communicate with all other machines. And when we say all, we mean all... including our legendary VIGEL of 1967, refurbished, branded CE and now also perfectly integrated in our digitization process.

However, innovation at Eagles Engineering continues and 2018 will certainly be full of important news.
