What is the Zama?

Zamak is an alloy of zinc, containing small percentages of aluminum, copper and magnesium. Due to its properties it is a valid alternative to other materials including brass, aluminium and plastic. We are talking about an extremely robust material, resistant to corrosion, impact and wear. It also molds easily and this allows you to work on detail, getting very thin walls.
To do this, however, you also need a high level of professionalism. Eagles Engineering, thanks to decades of experience, is able to guarantee high quality standards and maximum reliability.
Our company follows every step of the process, from the design to the realization of the product, taking care of every detail of every process, such as the construction of the mould or the execution of galvanic treatments. In this way we can satisfy the needs of all customers and produce a wide range of parts whose weight can vary from a few grams up to 1 kg.
