Information on the Processing Data – GDPR

This information is provided in compliance with Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) to users who access this website and is related to all Personal Data processed as below:

OWNER AND DATA CONTROLLER

The Owner and Data Controller of the personal data is Eagles Engineering Srl - Via S.Maurizio 184/15-10073 CIRIE’ (TO) - ITALY  in the person of its pro tempore legal representative.

TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED:

The  Personal Data that this website collects are provided directly by itself or authomatically supplied.

The personal data supplied by the owner are all the Personal Data supplied to the Data Controller  in any way, directly by itself or through third parties.

Among these Data there are : first name, last name,  delivery  address (town,  street , ZIP/postal code, complete address )  email address .  In case of  companies : complete name, VAT Number , Tax ID.

The Data collected automatically are navigation data,  although not collected in order to be associated with the user's identity,  they  could allow its identification  through processing and association with data collected by the Data Controller.  Namely:

- list of collected data (IP address, browser, Operating System, mobile or desktop)

Following the sending of newsletters, the platform used makes it possible to detect the opening of a message and the clicks made within the newsletter itself, together with details relating to the IP address and the browser / device used.

The collection of this Data is essential for the operation of the implicit renewal of processing systems (see the item Processing Methods) and an integral part of the operation of the sending platform.

LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING AND TREATMENT PURPOSE

The Data are processed exclusively for the purposes for which they are collected, as described here  below.

The data provided by the users are collected in order to : ship the items bought  by the customers only in the case of  their consent ,  to enable them to join specific and additional services such as the sending of future information and promotional communications by email or by  other electronic devices.

The provision of the Data listed in the "Collected Data" for the purposes  shown  at the points XXXX  is mandatory to allow the user to access the service.

For this reason, its consent is compulsory and any refusal to process  its Data or  a failure, inaccurate or partial provision of the data  could  lead  to the impossibility   of a correct provision of the service.

The provision of   Data  for the purpose of sending newsletters for promotional, information or research   is optional and the refusal to give the relative consent to the processing  will make it impossible to be updated about commercial initiatives and / or promotional campaigns, to receive offers or other promotional material and / or to send   personalized offers.

Eagles Engineering S.r.l. does not provide third parties with any user information without their consent, except where required by law.

In any case, the  spread  and transfer of data outside the EU area is excluded.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

The User can immediately recalls its consent to receive promotional and commercial communications by sending a request to the email address : privacy@eagleseng.com or by clicking on the unsubscribe link that can be found at the bottom of each promotional and commercial email received.

METHOD OF TREATMENT

Personal Data are processed with automated tools for the strictly necessary time to achieve the purposes for which they were collected . In any case an annual verification is planned to check the data stored in order to delete those deemed obsolete, unless the law provides for archiving obligations.

Data processing usually takes place at Eagles Engineering S.r.l., or by external collaborators duly designated as data processors.

The registration and the processing of the Data are considered valid until the user unsubscribes, or however after 12 months from the last communication of which there is evidence of direct interaction (click, opening, response).

Special security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

THE RIGHT OF USERS

In compliance with the Art.  7 of the Privacy Code and Art. 13 GDPR,  the user  may exercise its right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of its  Personal  Data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

Precisely, the  user  has the right to obtain from Eagles Engineering S.r.l. the following  indications :

  • the origin of its Personal Data;
  • the purposes and methods of treatment;
  • the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the help of electronic / IT tools;
  • the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative;
  • the subjects and / or categories of subjects to whom the Data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

Furthermore, the user  has the right to obtain from Eagles Engineering S.r.l. :

  • the updating, rectification or integration of its Data;
  • the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of Data processed in violation of the law;
  • free access to its data, i.e. confirmation that Personal Data concerning them is being processed or not;
  • the limitation of processing ;
  • the portability of the Data, that is the right to receive the Personal Data concerning him in a structured format;
  • the right to complain to the supervisory authority.

Finally, for legitimate reasons , the user has the right to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of Personal Data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection.

In particular, the user  has the right to object to the processing of Personal Data concerning him for the purpose of sending commercial advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

UPDATES AND CHANGINGS

Eagles Engineering S.r.l. reserves the right to modify, implement or update this information in compliance with the applicable legislation or the measures adopted by the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.

The above mentioned changes or additions will be brought to the attention of the user via a link to the Privacy Policy page on the website and will be communicated directly to the user by email.
